Subprocessors
Last Updated: June 12, 2026
1. Overview
To provide the PCXa platform, PCX Analytics LLC (“PCX Analytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) engages a limited set of trusted third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) that may process customer personal data on our behalf, consistent with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA). This page is the current list of those subprocessors. A copy is also available on request by emailing privacy@pcxa.app.
We require each subprocessor to provide data-protection commitments substantially the same as those in our DPA, we remain responsible for their compliance, and we share only the data necessary for the service they provide. Subprocessors may not use customer data to train, develop, or improve their own models.
2. What Is a Subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third party engaged by PCX Analytics that may process personal data in order to provide part of the Services — for example, infrastructure hosting, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, or AI features. Subprocessors act only on our instructions and are not permitted to use customer data for their own purposes.
3. Current Subprocessors

All subprocessors above process customer personal data in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on the transfer mechanisms described in our DPA (including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the Swiss FADP, as applicable).
4. Changes & Notification
We may add or replace subprocessors as the platform evolves. We will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice by email — to the address associated with your account — before any new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data, and we will update this page and the “Last Updated” date above.
If you have a reasonable data-protection objection to a new subprocessor, you may raise it within thirty (30) days of notice, and we will work with you in good faith as described in our DPA.
